形意拳的習練重點
幾年前因工作繁重身心俱疲, 健康大受影響. 任職期間也聽到有幾位員工病逝的消息, 心理很清楚應該跟工作過勞脫不了關係.
本身對內家拳養身有興趣. 網路上看到周中勲老師的形意拳教學招生就打電話報名學習至今. 總是覺得莫名的勞累已不再有, 慢慢恢復剛入職場時的精神亦亦, 膝蓋的舊傷現在也
不痛了. 反而是有時練拳時間長時會才會忽然痛起來, 應該是比較深層的傷還沒去掉.

出乎意料，可以親證的奇蹟 2017
【引言】
學習真傳的形意拳之前我規律地運動、注重飲食；開始練功後，出於求證的心理，我詳細地記錄時間及身體的變化，結果，更讓我不由地不信.....
我為什麼會帶著強烈「求證」的心理呢？因為我曾經在某教派中認真地信仰了十幾年，後來因為一些事，加上「校真」的心態，開始懷疑為什麼該宗教所教導的東西，無法有實際的經歷，經過痛苦的掙扎脫離長年依靠的信仰，再經過一段時間的閱讀及思考後，我由不可知論者，變成唯物的無神論者，要我相信無法以當世主流科學方法驗證的東西，是很困難的....可是練功後的改變，逼得我不得不再回頭審視自己的世界觀及價值觀。

無極、有極、太極、兩儀、三才

In the first chapter of Tao Te Ching by Laozi, we can find a succinct description of “wuji” and “youji”; the chapter states:
The Dao that can be trodden is not the enduring and unchanging Dao. The name that can be named is not the enduring and unchanging name. (Conceived of as) having no name, it is the Originator of Heaven and Earth; (conceived of as) having a name, it is the Mother of all things. Always without desire we must be found, If its deep mystery we would sound; But if desire always within us be, Its outer fringe is all that we shall see. Under these two aspects, it is really the same; but as development takes place, it receives the different names. Together we call them the Mystery. Where the Mystery is the deepest is the gate of all that is subtle and wonderful (translated by James Legge).
Since the ancient days till now, only those few who have achieved the Dao can correctly understand these words. In fact, the supreme mantra of Xingyiquan, which says: "Do not leave this mortal flesh in the world”, is empirically derived from the experience of the change between “youji” and “wuji”. Unless one learns the handed-down teachings from the authentic tradition in the person-to-person way and comes to the realization of the change between “yin” and “yang”, and personally experience the unification of “tian” (Heaven), “di” (Earth), and “ren” (Man) that brings one into “dazhoutian” , it is difficult for him to achieve the Dao.
